Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible items are available for exchange or store credit. No returns will be processed.

• Jewelry Condition: Items must be exchanged in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Timeframe: Exchanges or Store Credit must be made within 14 days from delivery or purchase date.
• Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on earrings or custom-made jewelry due to hygiene reasons. 
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for exchanges or store credit.
